I have been in the automotive/powersports business since 1984. Although I have worked in every department I found my home in service, as I find it deeply satisfying to be involved in helping customers on a day to day basis. I have been with the Giambalvo Family of Dealerships for 7 years and am currently a Chrylser Certified Service Manager. It is my desire to provide every customer with the excellent service experience they not only need, but deserve.
My name is Rick Dellinger, I have been in the automotive business for 41 years. I graduated from York Vo-Tech in 1971. Started as a wheel alignment specialist. Worked for a Nissan dealership for 26 years. Served as a line technician, and achieved Master Technician status with Nissan Motor Co.as well as A.S.E. Certified Master Tech. Moved into Service Advisor and Assistant Service Manager after 8 years as technician. Achieved Master Service Advisor status with Nissan and eventually became Service Manager. I was hired in 2001 as a service advisor by Stetler Dodge and was asked to be Service Manager after approx 11 months serving as advisor. I have been working as a Service Advisor since Giambalvo purchase.
My name is Greg Barker. My automotive experience dates back to 1983 when I started as a parts clerk for Trak Auto. While there I spent the next 6 years working my way to becoming the Store Manager. In 1999 I became a Service Advisor for BMW and I have since worked with BMW, Honda, and Mercedes. After moving to the York area I joined Jack Giambalvo's Stetler Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep location in November 2010.
My name is Cheryl Scott. I have been in the automotive business for 10 years. I started in the Sales Department in September 2001. In August 2010 I was given the opportunity to start in the Service Department. I thoroughly enjoy the customers I meet in the Service Department.
