Stetler Dodge-Chrysler- Jeep
a Giambalvo Family Company
Invites you to expand your possibilities of travel. . . . .
In a few minutes (required to read the following paragraphs) you will learn about a product developed in the past 25 years, and the selling and servicing resource to present this product. . . . a vehicle designed for handicapped and disabled folks and their families that can make dreams come true. Stetler Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep, a full service dealership for more than 95 years- now a consolidated dealership representing all Chrysler brands, is able to provide complete sales and service support for these special needs vehicles. Trained technical support, a strategic parts inventory, availablity of modified access minivans in inventory, administrative support for finance applications, insurances, special manufacturer's rebate/ reimbursement, professional appraisals for trade-in opportunities and a willingness to work with and for customers' specific expectations and requirements make Stetler Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep the exceptionally good choice to work with.
Dodge and Chrysler minivans with lowered floors have been the most popular brands selected for access modification since 1987. Since 1987
Vantage Mobility International's (VMI) mission has been to provide members of the disabled community with the most reliable, highest quality accessible transportation in the world. This means a product with effortless operation and exceptional styling . . . all backed by the best customer service and product innovation in the industry.
With a fully-powered slide out ramp, that is contained in the van's floor, VMI's Northstar conversion of the Dodge Grand Caravan or the Chrysler Town & Country, provides smooth precise activation and unobstructed access to the passenger(curb side) side of the van. The fully powered fold-out ramp of the VMI Summit conversion is preferred by a ratio of 4 to 1 compared to the leading competitor's fold-out system. VMI's PowerKneel system provides the lowest ramp angle available; more than a full degree less than the leading competitor. With a 600 point quality check process that is integral to the manufacturing assembly line, VMI is assuring durability and dependability for each customer.
Stetler Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep is committed to fulfilling that "best customer service" aspect. With Stetler Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep and Vantage Mobility International the goal is freedom. The freedom to travel wherever the road and your spirit of adventure may direct- traveling in the safest, most reliable van conversion- comfortably and safely.
THE CONNECTION: MANUFACTURER TO DEALER
Stetler-Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep was selected by VMI to join their dealer network of 700 dealers across the U.S. and the world. As an authorized dealer, Stetler technicians and sales consultants receive training in all aspects of the van's conversion and functionality. Technicians attend VMI University, a technical service and training school that teaches the intricacies of of conversion components and the procedures for maintaining those components properly. Together, Stetler Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep and VMI are attuned to customer needs. For that reason we offer a range of options for accessible solutions.
Stetler Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep can provide assistance with identifying possible resources for funding these specially equipped minivans. For customers who may qualify for insurance funding, insurance settlements, Veteran's Administration funding, vocational rehabilitation funding, or Workers Compensation Funding, we can help work through the "red tape". Because VMI has state and federal "qualified vendor" status, Stetler Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep can receive payment from state and federal agencies for the van's conversion.
While van conversion may require about 6 to 8 weeks to be completed and shipped, for customers who want immediate results, VMI's Priority Delivery Network allows customers to select from 60 - 80 vehicles that are already converted. Customers then receive their van in about 2 weeks. (Please note: Drivers who will drive with hand controls or other adaptive equipment should expect additional time for these "patient specific" modifications to be added to the van.)
SAFETY AND INNOVATION
All VMI conversions are crash tested and meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS). This involves extensive testing to insure occupant crash protection and fuel system integrity in the event of a crash. The van's structural integrity allows for an exceptional payload weight; the van can protect 2 power wheelchair occupants. In this instance the combined weight of passengers and powerchairs could exceed 1200 pounds.
THE STETLER COMMITTMENT
At Stetler Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep we realize that mobility and independence hold the greatest value for our customers. We look at our business with the disabled community through the eyes of our customers. We take a vehicle that has been developed to provide customer satisfaction. We support the buyer from our first meeting through to ownership, to assure an informed choice at the outset and continuous satisfaction throughout ownership. Customers appreciate the dual representation that we provide: we are the single source for any maintenance and all remedies that may be required for these modified Chrysler and Dodge minivans. The Chrysler and Dodge chassis are addressed by factory-certified technicians who have immediate access to strategic parts when the need arises.
