Fuel Up for the Winter

Now that the winter season is here, it's time to take special care of your car to ensure that your vehicle functions well when it's cold outside. One simple way to do this is to make sure you've always got a full tank of gas.

When there isn't enough gas in your tank, the empty space is filled with air, and this air quickly turns into moisture due to condensation. This condensation will also spread to the fuel tubes and begin to freeze. When this happens, your car may not be able to accelerate properly. You should also make sure you fill up each time you go to the gas station because fuel prices are higher in the winter. Instead of putting gas in your car every other day, make sure you get a full tank of gas a couple of times a week so you can save money overall and avoid having to get out in the cold too often.
